  4. WinExp is an easy to use friendly expert system shell for Windows,
  5. which is SIMPLE and perfect for beginners. This is
  6. the shareware version of the shell which is included with the
  7. book "How to Model It", by Starfield et al.

  9. Just some of the features offered by this package:

  11. - Extensive online help.

  13. - A Builder for creating the knowledge bases eliminates the need for
  14.   learning complicated syntax.

  16. - An explanation feature.  This allows you to ask the expert system why it
  17.   reached a certain decision, or why it is asking that particular question.

  19. - A Trail feature which gives you information about how decisions were
  20.   reached (or not).
